Minute of Youth O'clock Dispensation First Executive Meeting held on 6th February, 2022.

Agenda 1: the meeting started at exactly 12noon with the opening prayer from a member. 

Agenda 2: members present introduced themselves for familiarisation. 

Agenda 3: the president comrade Hassan Usman welcomed all members present for the first executive meeting for leaving their tired schedules to attend. He introduced the vision of the movement which was youths inclusiveness in governance and politics. 

According to the president, United Nations had been advocating youths involvement in governance and politics especially in Africa where youths participation in governance and politics was inferior. Politicians used youths as campaign watch dogs and left them after elected into office. 

However,  advocated certain percentage of youths in political positions. Advised youths to wake up to achieve this vision through this movement by uniting themselves irrespect of political affiliation. Usman added that our hope is youths inclusiveness in governance and politics. 

In her comments, the deputy president, Haj Bilkisu Jibrin Saulawa expressed displeased over low attendance of members where less than quorum of the executives were attended. She called on the members to consider members shown interest in the appears and called for the reshuffled and review the posts by nominating those willing to do the work. She also said Katsina state is full of youths who are serious to join this movement and emphasised on meeting with those in government on how youths would acquire certained positions in government. 

In his reply, director PRS unbehalf of other members absence apologised, told some of them sent excuses for their absences. He added that, the members would look at the way to reshuffle the posts that their holders were inactive. We received several calls and text messages from different people showing their interest. 

Agenda 4: members advised familiarisation visits and consultation should be done after structure and the constitution. A committee would be St today chaired by legal adviser to come up with new constitution. The legal adviser requested one week from people to submit advises and consultations and the constitution would be ready in two weeks. 

Agenda 5 & 6: a member tasked members to fully engage and take the movement as priority, consult some parents that deprived some youths from partaking some of these movements, need educated people, came up with structure and balanced, picture of the movement, restructure and finances. 

Another member told the members that this movement was timely, there was need for introduction to the security agencies and traditional rulers and called for committee to the writing of constitution. But later replied by the deputy president,  that this should be done after the structure and constitution. She also advised members to include youths like Fahad Dahiru Mangal, Daha Son of Emir of Daura, mayor of katsina and son of Mannir Abukur, she would personally talk to them to accept the offer. 

Another member advised members when reshuffle should consider posts with members 1 and 2 (like PRO 1&2) or deputies, avoid meeting in government house because people would look at it as trap to deception. 

The meeting ended at exactly 1:20pm by a closing prayer and adjourned to first week of March, 2022.
