Kiwon Lafiya: Maganin Rama (Lost of weight) Ga Masu Fama Da Cutar Ciwon Suga (Diabetes) Daga Abubakar Haruna

Cutar ciwon suga ko a turance ana kiranta (diabetes) cuta ce dake da matukar hadari ga rayuwar al'umma wadda yanzu ta zama gagarabadau a tsakanin al'ummomin duniya baki daya.

Diabetes cuta ce da a yanzu take karuwa a cikin al'umma sannan tana kisa da wuri idan ba'a dau matakin raguwar ta ba da wuri. 

A yanzu dai cutar bata da magani saidai a rage matsalolin da take haddasawa wato (control).

Hukumar lafiya ta duniya tayi hasashen nan da 2030 masu kamuwa da wannan cutar zasu kasance yan kasa da shekaru 30 ne sabanin a yanzu ta fi yawa a wajen mutane masu dogayen shekaru kamar daga shekaru 50, 60 zuwa sama.

Cutar ciwon sukari na kassara jikin dan Adam wadda a wani lokaci take sanadiyyar rasa wasu sassa na jikin mutum.

Cikin alamomin wannan cuta akwai rama (lost of weight) wadda mutum ke tsanewa sosai ya koma kamar karamin yaro.

Akwai bukatar masu ciwon diabetes suyi kiba amma akwai bukatar suyi zabi akan abincin da zai kara masu yawan sinadarain sukaru (calories) marar illa ba tare da haifar da hauhawan sukari cikin jini ba.

Mutane masu wannan ciwon sai sunyi la'akari da wasu abubuwa wajen zaben abincin da zai kara masu kiba da kaucewa fadawa cikin matsaloli (complications).

Abubuwan da za Suyi la'akari dasu sun hada da:

1. Cin abinci mai kunshe da cikakken sinaran abinci wato "diet" na iya hawar da sukari wanda hakan na da hadari ga mai ciwon;

2. Idan mutum na amfani da sinadarin "insulin" dole a lura da yawan sinadarin "insulin" da ake sha;

3. Idan mutum na amfani kitse dan Karin kiba, ayi kokarin kaucewa kitsen da aka sarrafa da sinadarai;

4. Abinci mai kunshe da cikakken sinadarai masu sukari sosai da kuma karancin abubuwa masu gina jiki na iya haifar da matsala ga lafiyar mutum.

Abubuwan Da Ya Kamata Mai Cutar Diabetes Ya Ci

Mai fama da cutar ciwon suga na bukatar cin abincika masu dauke da sukari Marat illa ga lafiya. Abincikan sun hada da:

1. Abinci mai cike da mai irin na "fat" wanda ake samu a "dairy products" sannan suna kunshe da sinadaran "calcium da vitamin D". Irin wadannan abincikan sun hada da: Madara, Yogurt marar sukari da cheese.
2. Rage shan sinadarin caffeine da giya da kayan shaye-shaye masu karancin sukari, kamar su: ruwa, markadaddun kayan marmari (fruits), madara da Smoothies.
3. Cin chocolate da snacks masu dauke da karancin sukari da abubuwa masu gina jiki, kamar su: yogurt, apple, gyada da sauran su.
4. Mai mai lafiya wajen cin abinci, kamar su: man zaitun, man ridi da avocado oil.
5. Cin protein kamar su: naman kaji, dawisu, kifi, gyada da kwai.
6. Cin abubuwa dake maido dandano kamar su namijin goro.

Gargadi: kahin mai ciwon sukari ya dau kowane irin mataki, dole ne ya matsi likita dan kaucewa haddasa matsala.
