Kayan Marmari: Amfanin Abarba Ga Lafiyar Mutum

Kayan marmari, kayane da ake ci dan jin dadi da Gina jiki. Bayan haka likitoci na bada shawarar cin su da amfani dashi domin kiyaye lafiyar jiki.

Kayan marmari sun hada da su ayaba, lemun zaki, kankana, abarba, attufah da sauransu.

A nan zamuyi magana akan yadda cin abarba ke kara gina jikin dan Adam.

Amfanin Abarba Wajen Gina Jikin Dan Adam
