Kidaya (Census): Jadawalin Biyan Ma'aikatan Wucin Gadi Na Census 2023

Hukumar kidaya ta kasa wato National Population Commission (NPC) ta fitar da jadawalin biyan ma'aikatan wucin gadin kidaya ta kasa a kidayar 2023.

A cewar NPC, ta raba tsarin biyan kudin zuwa gida biyu, wato alawus (allowance) da kudin aikin (Basic Salary).

Evelyn Arinola Olanipekun, director census department tace ma'aikatan wucin gadi zasu karbi alawus kala ukku: kudin abinci, kudin zirga-zirga da kudin training.

A karkashin alawus na abinci, ma'aikatan wucin gadi zasu karbi alawus biyu: specialised workforce (SWF) da state facilitators.

A cewar jaridar Punch, SWF zasu karbi N26,000 a cikin kwanaki ukku tare da kudin training na jaha cikin kwanaki 10 daban, sai kuma facilitators zasu karbi N26,000 a cikin kwanaki 10.

Kudin abun hawa (transport allowance) na duk ma'aikatan wucin gadi N20,000. Trainers allowance kuma za'a biyasu N15,000 a kowace rana cikin kwanaki 13 da  kwanaki 10 na state facilitators amma kudin training kuma N10,000 a kullum cikin kwanakin training.

NPC ta kara da cewa irin tsarin kudin da aka zayyana sama sune tsarin da za'a biya supervisors da enumerators, saidai ya dogara da yawan kwanakin training da akayi.

A takaice gaba days alawus na SWF, Facilitators, enumerators, supervisors da sauransu zai kai N50,000 - N100,000. Amma biyan kudin aikin (Basic Salary) sai an kammala aikin census gaba daya, saidai alawus za'a biya bayan kammala training.

Karancin abunda za'a biya (Basic Salary) zai fara saga N50,000 - N250,000, gwargwadon aikin mutum. Ga jadawalin biyan kudin tare da alawus - alawus gaba daya:

1. Facilitators: N150,000 - N300,000

2. Field coordinators: N140,000 - N280,000

3. Quality assurance assistant/ rovers: N130,000 - N280,000

4. Supervisors: N130,000 - N230,000

5. Enumerators: N100,000 - N220,000

6. Monitoring & evaluation officer: N150,000 - N300,000.
