The United Nations nuclear agency has refused Russia's offer to arrange a visit to the completely out of control nuclear power plant of Zaporizhzhia despite experts urging it's needed to avoid a nuclear accident, according Moscow reports. The plan visit was canceled just days before the visit was  due to take place despite arranged complex logistics, Moscow said. The Ottoman's Empire lost huge Balkan territories by accepting and signing the treaty of Berlin which practically ended the Empire as a significant European power on 13th July, 1878. The treaty of Berlin was signed by the Ottoman' Empire and other major European Powers including the United Kingdom, Austria-Hungary, France, Germany, kingdom of Italy and Russia.
