Family Planning: A method To Avoid Pregnancy/ STDs

The single and most effective method of avoiding pregnancy is the use of contraceptive (Condom).

World Health Organisation (2021) explained that when condom used correctly and consistently, are safe and highly effective in: preventing unwanted pregnancy, preventing sexually transmitted infections including the deadly virus of HIV. 

However, people at this time relied on drugs mostly consumed daily to avoid pregnancy for either unwanted pregnancy or economic situation of life. These drugs were causing problems to mostly women using them or sometimes leading to bleeding, miscarriage and serious ilment.

As a result, women and husband's are advised to used safer ways of avoiding pregnancies for the sake of having happy family life.
