Ruwa (The Water): Ruwa da Amfaninsa Ga Lahiyar Dan Adam
Muhimmancin shan ruwa ga rayuwar dan Adam nada matukar mahimmanci. Cewar masana akwai bukatar mutum yasha lita ukku ta ruwa a kowace rana. Amfanin ruwa a jikin dan Adam ya shafi fannoni daban daban, sun hada da:
1. Shan ruwa nada amfani sosai ga lafiyar kwalwa;
2. Shan ruwa sosai na taimakawa Lahiyar koda;
3. Shan ruwa dayawa na taimakawa wajen maganin ciwon kai;
4. Yana taimakawa hasken fata;
5. Yana taimakawa wajen rage kamuwa da hadarin ciwon siga (diabetes) da hawan jini (hypertension);
6. Yana taimakawa wajen narkar da abinci cikin sauri;
7. Yana taimakawa wajen rage kamuwa da ciwon zuciya;
8. Yana taimakawa wajen rage kitse da kiba;
9. Yana rage hadarin kamuwa daga sankara (cancer).
Dan haka, kada gudun zufa ko fitsari yasa ka / ki shan ruwa sosai. Asha ruwa sosai a kowace rana dan maganine ga rayuwar dan Adam.
